I like the Google templates answer, I am going to look into those! Microsoft Word has templates that you can use as well. They have the advantage of opening right there in your word processing program ready to be tweaked and printed. Not familiar with using them? No problem, pretty easy start with a search for templates in the Help drop down menu and the software will pretty much take you by the hand and lead you where you want to go.
