I know a few sites available that don't require you to take up offers you mostly earn from just doing surveys, reading emails or visiting websites
I have been a member of them for a couple of years now and can say with confidence that you will get payed from them.
The amount you earn can very from person to person and the amount of reward for each survey will very also the highest paying survey i done payed me 700 market points that equates to $35us dollars and the lowest i got was $1 some will even pay you 5cents if you don't qualify for the survey just for agreeing to take it.
Inbox Dollars is a good one. They pay about $1 per survey, and about $10 per free trial (e.g. sign up for a service for a 1 month free trial).
