if you're looking for a job, there are a few routes:
1. look online - moster.com, hotjobs.com and many more sites list jobs in many countries. Also, just search for "job site" or "find advertising job" in a search engine. include your country as a search word.
2. call recruiters or recruiting companies. they have clients who hire them to find candidates for jobs in specific fields. again, you can find these by searching for "recruiting firm" or "advertising recruiter" in a search engine, and be sure to include your contry as one of the keywords.
3. go directly to advertising agencies and contact their human resources departments. since you want to change careers, you might need to intern first to help them gain confidence in your potential in their industry.
I think a smaller advertising or marketing agency, perhaps one that just started up with a couple young talented professionals might benefit from your experience and would be willing to have you intern for a while and then hire you based on your value.
