But the idea is to create this fab, modern website full of websites, ideas, ettiquette - EVERYTHING! The idea is to approach companies in the wedding industry to sponsor me.
Any ideas on how to go about this!?

Research, research, research – this cannot be stressed enough. Read as much as you can. Here are some book titles that are relevant:

pick up the wedding magazines and see what they do. They have lots of ads - it is pretty easy to find addresses and tell to get in contact with them.
Local businesses will want in - holiday firms aswell

First of all create logo for your website , so people can identify you ! It must be strong visual identity !
