The danger with going with something too unique, is typically you need to spend a good amount of money to educate your market. Then again, if you know how to gain good publicity, you can create awareness without significant cost.
I'm going to presume you want to do this to make some money out of it.
If you really want ideas, then you need to look at problems people are wanting to eliminate from their lives. if you can find a big enough problem with enough people who want to solve it, who can pay for it AND you can create a decent solution for with an effective marketing plan then you have yourself a business.
A simpler way to go about this is to look at existing businesses and look at ways that you can improve their solutions - faster, cheaper, more convenient, more exclusive. many ways to slice a pie.
