Want to advertise my Web Site on YAHOO. How can I ?

Have existing NEW WEB SITE specialization in agricultural and ranching private investigations, with required OKLAHOMA CLEET (Law Enforcement) , (ie bonded ,insured, lic),. Need to NOW advertise my WEB Page on YAHOO,
or elsewhere.

Not sure of best way to go about this advertising step, since will be more local to the Southwest and Southern Oklahoma.
