Boys are how old? Yard work. House painting. Dinner making. Have a back-yard carnival with face painting, cake walks, fishing ponds, relay games etc.

you could throw a pasta dinner and charge for a meal, it wud b scout bonding and a way to meet the community (ud hafta pay for pasta and sauce and stuff. but at the dinner you cud hav like a raffle or smthg.
