Best customers service experience?

I'm not sure of the best but the worst is PIPEX, absolutely useless. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.
The OFTCOM regulator is no better!
The only decent customer service I've ever encountered is Sky. Always helpful, polite and answer the phone quickly.
I don't know if this qualifies. My husband and I were on our way to an opera in New York, and my car started smoking under the hood, just as we were about to enter the Lincoln Tunnel. I was in a formal long red dress. The "Transit Authority Police" helped up park our car, drove us into Manhatten and dropped us on a corner where we could catch a cab. I was stunned.
Natwest bank,real live British people,always helpful,as opposed to the other major bankers with customer services in india to save money.
I cany tell you the number of times ive spoken to some customer services dept's shipped abroad and they cant understand me,or vice versa!
I work as a Customer Service Manager so I'd have to say ours.
Most customer service offered by multi-national giant companies are no-hearted. the best customer service should be something provided from the heart and soul and that's what those big companies lack.
The best service I ever got is the one I have at the cafe just around the corner! ^_^
