Should i trademark my business name and logo?

I have a grahic design business and i already made the logo so should i trademark the logo and name or do a patent and where is the form to do it and how much does it cost?

Logos and business names are trademarked, servicemarked, and/or copyrighted. You cannot "patent" a logo or trade name.

To trademark your logo and business name, simply put TM or SM next to it on your letterhead, business cards, etc. To REGISTER your trademarks, you need to fill out a form, send it to the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) with the fee, and presto! you have a registered trademark.

You are asking for trouble if you don't. If another business uses that same name and or logo you could face legal action.
