I don't think I would. Advertising is everywhere - the last place I'd want to see it is on my home. I think it would make my house look cheap and really piss off the neighbors. That being said, it would be nice to get the extra cash:)
Since, I'm pretty much against it, it would have to be a lot. I'd try to come up with some calculation in which I charge based on how many people drive by in a given hour or day. The more people who drive by, the more I'd charge. Billboards on major highways charge $15,000 - $20,000 a month.
depends on where you live and what kind of advertising.
for example, a sign for an election campaign for a month would be fine.
but i wouldnt want a pepsi banner up on my house permanently, unless they were going to pay A LOT.
