Answer:
No, I would not. Even though the raffle says it won't be a scam, I would feel less secure about it since the operators are probably not in my general vicinity. In fact, I would have no way to really know if they were even in the same country! Therefore, even if I won, I'd have no guarantees of being given the promised prize or what have you.
Also, a raffle is usually something I'd give a dollar for, for a good cause, but on the internet, if I had to break out a credit card and all.who wants to put a dollar charge on their credit card? And how could you regulate what form of currency everyone was using?
nope most of them are scams and will jack up your life.T
heck no!! most are scams to get your email and send you junk..or to get you to actually buy something
Wouldn't dream of it, but then again I'm a cynic, so mabey don't trust my opinions.
No there are too many low lives out there just trying to get information on people..
