presumably, you want to keep track of how long someone is using the PC?? There are a lot of programs for doing that and more. Do a search on google for PC monitoring software.
I have installed SPECTOR CNE at several of my clients offices, 1 being a heating and air company in Waldorf, MD Using 15 computers, a windows server--mulitple user logins on each machine---it works really well--I recommend installing to a windows server.
