Why ross store are so cheap?

Ross negotiates to buy the out of season stock with big stores like Limited Brands, Dillards, Foleys.places like that. When the big stores have an end of season sale, the remaining stock is sold in very large lots to buyers like Ross and TJ Maxx. The also buy returned merchandise in addition to the out of season stock. In the end, we consumers win! Ross has such great deals on clothes and home accessories.
cuz their kind of wat the people return or they are cloths to old
it's all stuff nobody wanted at regular price, so to scrape at least some money from consumers, they send it there and sell it for cheap. some $$$ better than no $$$
Because they contract with clothing markets to buy "seconds" or clothes that are found to not be perfect, maybe they have a label in the wrong place, or are labeled as size 5 when they are really size 6, etc., or they just didn't sell at regular price.
who cares..just accept it for being cheap.nothing else is these days!!
