I want to lease our land to a company for a communication tower. who do i contact? where do i look?

Answer:
You could possibly even ask a real estate agent, since they deal with easements (leasing land to comm. company). I don't know if they would be able to give that info to you (what area they already have towers in, or have been trying to get some in). I'm pretty sure that they want to own the land, not just lease it.
There is little chance that anything will happen. You can try to contact a major wireless provider in your area, such as Verizon. Usually, they come to you, not the other way around.
Do you even know if

1) your land is zoned for a comm tower?

2) if zoned, how high can the tower be?

3) If there is a need for a tower in your area?

You can then contact all of the wireless providers with the exact GPS lat / long, zoning restrictions and height restrictions - if you provide all of that you're more likely to have someone check to see if they need more towers in that area.
usually, they come to you if it is a good site. But, you have to get all your neighbors to agree to it, or they won't do it.
