Internal and external factors for a business considering to move locations...?

Can you help me as i have to work out what internal and external factors a business has when deciding whether to move location or not.

Answers:
Internal: Size of building, appropriateness of building for purpose, local availability of trained staff, costs.
External: Accessibility, Transport links, Government grants, Marketing reasons i.e. appeal to customers of business' location. Costs.
